In our capacity as a press agency Magnus News Agency Ltd, being also ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Magnus News’ will be asked to distribute Content, meaning ‘video, images or text’ on behalf of a third party commercially under a license agreement.

Magnus News Agency do not claim copyright of Content licensed to us, we are the agent acting in good faith on the copyright holder’s behalf with their permission.

We are not responsible for how our users publish the Content provided, but will ensure they are given notice of who the Content we distribute to them is owned by.

We are rigorous in our checking a provider of Content is the rightful copyright owner, or has permission to distribute to us from the copyright holder.

Please provide us with your name, physical address, telephone and email address.
Identify the Content you claim the copyright has been infringed on, and if multiple infringements please provide examples of all.
Provide us with a written statement from you in good faith of how you believe the copyright has been infringed.
Under legal penalty if a false statement, please provide us with a written notice which expressly states you have the right to act on behalf of, or are the copyright owner.

In following the above you agree Magnus News Agency may forward your claim and all relevant communication, if proved accurate, to any publishers we have supplied with the material which you claim copyright has been infringed on.
